Document signed ('payez marie antoinette"), 1 page (14 x 9 3/8 in.; 355 x 238 mm), in French, Versailles, 1 July 1783, ordering her treasurer to pay 400 livres to the governor of the royal pages, official marginal annotations, secretarial signature of the queen and counter-signature; some dampstaining; matted, framed and glazed with an image of the Marie Antoinette—Louis XVI. Document signed ("Louis"), 1 page (14 3/8 x 9 1/4 in.; 367 x 237 mm), Paris, 12 February 1792, ordering payment of 19,800 pounds as 30% compensation for property acquired in Ornans (mills, factories and kilns) that had been previously annulled by law, countersigned by Amelot: matted, framed and glazed with an image of Louis XVI.
