- Approximately 400 by 297cm; 13ft. 1in., 9ft. 9in.
Condition
Colours of carpet in reality are much crisper, lighter and more attractive in appearance, than in the catalogue photograph, and it is not as dark in reality.
Pile 2mm in places and in small areas of some colours down to knot-bars. Trimmed ends and teased warp fringes at both ends, overlocked. Double side cords, loose in sections. Fringes trimmed close to edge of carpet.
Some colour run from pinks. Although it would probably benefit from a clean, it would need to be professionally executed as some dyes may be loose.
Vibrant and colourful design and balanced colours overall. Design based on 16th century vase carpets.
