Description

of shallow round form with a wide everted rim on a short foot, composed of fritware decorated with turquoise, cobalt blue and golden lustre over an opaque white glaze, featuring fronds emerging from a pond containing three fish, surrounded by nine floral stems in circles, the inscription on the rim painted in blue, the exterior with a calligraphic band near the rim and an abstract decorative pattern below
Condition
In good condition, three main breaks, one across dish, with associated restoration and overpainting, colours and glaze bright, as viewed.
