Description

each with an curved back inlaid with a Greek key motif on the inside and three gilt-bronze medusa heads within copper inlaid frames on the reverse, on sabre legs surmounted by faux lapiz roundels, with copper sabots to the feet

Condition

In overall good condition. Some lifting to the veneer, scratches and marks throughout consistent with use and wear. There is a piece of veneer and a piece of copper inlay missing to the back of one chair. There are also two small pieces of veneer missing to the seat of one and a small piece of veneer missing to the seat of the other.
