the baluster stem surmounted by a canopy hung with drops, with nine lights alternating with three scroll branches, with a canopy below, all hung with drops, one arm later, some replaced drops  

Condition

This rare chandelier is In overall good condition given the age of the piece. The top canopy has been broken into several pieces and repaired using rivets. The main globular bowl below has some old chips to the top which do not detract. The lower bowl has a thin crack but which does not detract. One arm has been replaced but does appear to be of old glass. Two drip-pans have chips to the edges. Two have repaired spokes. Minor characteristic chips to drops with some replacements.
