 with petal-carved frames, tall arched backs and padded arms, above serpentine seats on fluted baluster front legs, re-gilded

Provenance

Lord Mowbray and Stourton, Allerton Park, Yorkshire.

Condition

Generally in good condition. Gilding re-newed but very worn on top-rails and arms. Some chips to gilding and with areas that have been touched up later which have now discoloured. Fabric worn and they will need to be re-upholstered. Some chips to top-rails. Minor losses to tips of legs.
