Condition

This work is in generally good overall condition. There are light waves of the bearing by the upper margins, traces of pinnails by the letters' edges and cardboard's raisings due to the artist's tecnique. There is a little hole by the lower-left corner and a tearing of the cardboard by the lower-left margin.

In quest'opera, l'artista rielabora alcuni temi del proprio stile informale tipico dei primi anni della sua carriera, recuperando forme tratte dal mondo organico che sappiano esprimere l'energia primordiale insita in ogni essere vivente. Gli elementi biologici, fra cui non manca la terracotta, sono inseriti in un contesto più astratto ed evocativo e delegano al colore e al segno la propria carica vitale, nella cui energia si può ravvisare persino un riferimento anche alla forza dimanamica dei futuristi.
L'opera fu realizzata per la copertina del numero 8 del maggio 1986 della rivista d'arte contemporanea "Tema celeste".
