Condition

This work appears to be in generally good overall condition. There are traces of craquelure scattered on the surface, mostly upper and lower left, visible in the catalogue illustration, and some others underneat the planes on the left and in the center and above the plane on the right. There are two minor punctiform losses, one at upper right corner and one at lower right one. Stretcher marks along the margins. The varnish is slightly yellowed and there are traces of soiling scattered on the surface. No traces of retouching appear to be visible under UV light. Colours in the catalogue are rather faithful to the original.
