Condition

As shown, some ivy leaves and berries fragmentary/chipped, possible re-cutting in area below proper left temple, various chips, scratches, and abrasions overall, nose break was smoothed to receive a marble restoration (hole for iron pin is now plugged), underside of neck smoothed in modern times to make the head fit onto a bust or statue, also modern is the small hole drilled into the proper right side of the neck, it was presumably intended to secure the head to a new neck.
