of elegant pyriform shape, worked in repoussé and engraved with a floral decoration, the domed cover with a knop finial, the swan-neck terminating in a faceted spout, with an s-shaped handle, stamped at the base with French maker's marks, the basin also worked in repoussé with panels containing floral sprays, the detacheable filter with an openwork design of lobed arches and flower bouquets, one with a stamped tughra, undeciphered
