Condition

There are some stains and marks generally to some and some small losses. The embroidered and metal-thread decorated ends are in very good overall condition. Approximate measurements: In columns left, centre and right of image (top to bottom); Left hand side column- top to bottom; vase and three flowers motif towel 45 by 118cm., scrolling rose towel 49 by 718cm., sunflower gauze panel 56.5 by 48.5cm., serrated leaf motif towl 51 by 103cm., zig-zag and flower band towel 48 by 125cm. Central column: top to bottom: cornucopiae motif towel 29 by 54cm., green vase of flowers towel 136 by 251cm., poppy and leaf motif towl 45 by 241 (stained), red sunflower stem towel 47 by 114cm., green and red floral spray towel 48 by 118cm. Right hand side column: top to bottom: red carnation towel 24 by 202cm., pink chrysanthemum motif towel 24 by 210cm., floral `s' scroll motif 22 by 211cm., and floral basket towel 42 by 125cm. (particularly stained).
