- one signed and dated Preziosi 1851 lower right and inscribed Turco lower left, the others inscribed variously Turco (seven in total), Turca (two), Prete turco (one), Hamal-(turco) (one), Dervish di Bohana (one), Dervish (one), Dervish in praying (one) Scrivano publico (turco) (one), Arabo (one), Arabo del deserto (one), Asiatico (one), Ebrea costume di casa (one), Ebreo (one), Ebrea (one), Greco (one), Prete Greco (one), Albanese (three), Maltese (two), Maltese ladies (one), Armena (one), Armene (one), Arnaud-musulmano (one), Sultano di Cospoli (one)

Condition
As visiible in the atalogue illustrations, apart from some occasional light brown spots and some dropmarks, notably in the work titled 'Armene' (visible in the catalogue illustration), and some foxing in the painted over photograph visible in the catalogue illustration, overall the works are in good condition, with strong fresh colours. Each of the drawings is stuck down onto a page of the album. Presented in an album with 19th Century green morocco boards.

Catalogue Note
The album also includes four hand-coloured early photographic prints, two with inscriptions identifying the sitters as 'Madame Creazi' and 'Mademoiselle Creazi' in Hydra traditional dress, and two photographic prints laid on card of a man and woman. There are also two manuscript maps, one of a journey in the West Indies and another in the eastern Mediterranean.
