Condition
The canvas has been relined. There are scattered spots and small lines of retouching visible under UV light, notably to a possible 5cm repaired tear in the centre of the composition, and hairline craquelure overall consistent with age (just visible in the catalogue illustration).
Held in a decorative gold-painted carved wood frame.
