- ceramic with metal mounts
the blue and white ceramic body decorated with stylised leafy motifs, afixed to the top and bottom with brass mounts decorated with an openwork pattern of flowering scrolls and incised floral stems, further mounted with three loops attached with chains connected to a hook for suspension
Condition
In general good condition, some encrustation and loss of gilding associated with ware on brass components, some abrasion to ceramic neck inside top brass mount, few hairline cracks to glaze, as viewed.
