- Ceramic
of shallow rounded form, decorated in underglaze blue, viridian green and relief red with roses, saz leaves and prunus stalks emanating from a leafy tuft, the rim with alternating lotus buds and flowerheads, this design repeated to exterior, including an old French gallery label

Condition
In general good condition, with some chipping across external and internal rim, broken with associated restoration and overpainting, light scratches, small drill hole to foot, as viewed.
