all flat-chased with dense foliage within strapwork above die-rolled bands of linked circles centered by flowerheads, all engraved with the Bell family crest within circular reserves
Condition
some overall wear, especially to engraved crests and chased decoration at shoulders and coversm waste bowl rim with little dent, ding to top of spirit lamp, otherwise good
