Condition
Pile generally low to knotheads overall with scattered repiling, particularly in lower half of carpet. Probably due to old moth damage.
Moth damage on reverse.
Selvages generally intact with later overcasting.
Two rewoven foldwear slits through center of carpet.
Smaller scattered reweaves. Rewoven upper and outer end guard stripes.
Partially rewoven lower end guard stripe.
Supple handle, sounds fabric, good colors.
