The first worked with alphabets above a scene with a girl with parasol beside a large house with six chimneys; in blue, white, pink and green silk stitches on linen; signed Lydia Ann Birchard, aged 11 years, August 16, 1830, Lebanon County; Taught by Ann Beaumont; the second worked in silk stitches on a gauze ground; signed Sarah Taylor, dated 1816; the third a band sampler signed Rebecca Ide, her sampler made in the ninth year of her age. She was Born Tuesday November the 23 AD 1790.
