tapered cylindrical with molded rim and base band, the flat-domed cover with shaped beak engraved with foliage, the top with reverse cypher B within a band of running leaves, scroll thumbpiece, the scroll handle applied with baluster drop near upper terminal, restorations

buffed surface appears to be restored throughout; repair in cover behind thumbpiece; marks slightly rubbed
