of baluster form, the upper rim applied with rope-twist above the neck chased with rocaille centered by a mask of Neptune and applied with shells, coral and anchors linked chains, the body similiarly chased and with reserves within berried foliage flanking a rope-twist bordered cartouche engraved with a presentation inscription above ship's sterns, the stepped domed base applied with shells and with dolphin heads at angles, the foliate double-scroll handle topped by a sailor and terminating in a capstan and dolphin
