Condition

Pile generally closely sheared 1/1th of an inch, dark browns oxidized to knotheads. Rewoven right border. Smaller scattered reweaves, extensive repiling. Right side reselvaged, left sides with remnants of original selvages, some later overcasting. Rewoven end guard stripes. Upper end with cloth band sewn to reverse for hanging. Flexible handle, sound fabric, resotred and ready for use.
