  • deer hide
of tapering form, finely decorated in porcupine quillwork, with a series of thunderbird (?) motifs and linear designs, trimmed with tin cone suspensions inserted with (worn) dyed fur.

Condition

Overall very good condition for age with typical issues including minor fading, some stiffness to the hide and the fur inserts are quite worn. There are small areas of lose or missing stitches.
