Condition

Good condition for an object of this age and type. Minor marks, nicks, scratches, and abrasions from age and use. Both horns restored. Spool and holes with wear from use. Inside of pulley also with wear. Fine crusty black aged patina. Number "275" painted in white inside proper left side of pulley. Attached to base with two pins drilled into underside of each prong.
