Very rare and highly important multicoloured sapphire and diamond suite

Comprising: a pendant necklace set with oval and cushion-shaped pink, yellow and blue sapphires, brilliant-cut, pear-, marquise-shaped and oval diamonds, length approximately 635mm, shortens to approximately 490mm, pendant detachable; a bracelet similarly set, length approximately 190mm; a pair of pendent earrings suspending briolette sapphire drops, post fittings, maker's marks for Van Cleef & Arpels; and a ring set with an oval purplish-pink sapphire, circular-cut sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 49, fitted case, Faraone.

Pendant and ear clips stamped PT 950 for platinum, ring stamped Pt 900 and 750 for platinum and gold, also stamped IRID PLAT. Sapphires of varying colours of yellow, orange, pink and blue ranging from soft pastel hues to rich vivid saturation; typical inclusions with some reaching the surface, some scratches, nicks and abrasions to the crowns of the stones; for further details on the sapphires, please refer to the Gübelin and GemTechLab reports. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 60.00 - 65.00 carats, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Clasps secure with safety catches below. Ring shaft off-round, could benefit from professional attention. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use; solder marks to the back of the ear clips. In good condition.
