Condition

Overall in very good condition. With early and perhaps original cord, floor switch and plug. The enameled shades with nicks, scratches and light abrasions. Minor rubbing and resulting losses to collar of largest (top) and smallest (bottom) shade where it attaches to lamp hardware. Middle shade with a 1x 1 ½ in. loss to enamel on exterior. Rubbing and resulting losses to gold-painted undersides of all three shades. The fastener connecting the shade components to the lamp retains its original screws and washers. The patinated brass standard with a few scratches and very slight rubbing to the patina in places. The painted metal base with scratches, nicks and multiple small losses to the lacquer finish consistent with age and use. Overall the lamp has acquired a beautiful patina with age. Please note that the color of the top shade is a lighter tone than in the catalogue illustration, and is in fact closer to the color of the middle shade as illustrated. An excellent example of the model that presents beautifully in person.
