Condition

Overall in very good original condition. The coated canvas seat with approximately 5-6 tears along edges where it is stretched over the tubular steel frame consistent with age and use. Tear to proper left corner by head rest approximately 3 inches in length which is partially concealed. Minor discoloration to canvas at head rest consistent with age and use. The canvas backing with a tear that extends entire length of seat which is only visible when viewing the underside of the seat. The chaise is lacking the pillow on the head rest, which is fairly common with this model. The chaise retains all of its original springs which have been lightly stretched from use and also show signs of oxidation. The chromium-plated tubular steel frame with some discoloration, pitting, surface scratches and rubbing. Tape residue in several places. The green-painted metal frame on which the chaise rests with some nicks, scratches and wear. Area surrounding screws with discoloration. Scattered losses to the green paint, the largest approximately 1 ½ inches long. The rubber crossbars in very good condition with slight impressions where frame rests which is consistent with age and use. Please note that coated canvas seat is a lighter shade of green than it appears in the catalogue photograph.
