Condition

Overall in very good condition. The lamp is wired for electricity with a European socket and plug. Cord, bakelite switch and plug are early, possibly original. Nickel-plated components with some surface scratches, oxidation and resulting dullness consistent with age. The molded, clear and frosted glass panel with several minor air bubbles and inclusions inherent in the making. One suspended air bubble that is slightly larger in size than the others, but still measures less than ¼ of an inch in diameter. The panel with a few light surface scratches. The frosted glass shade also with a few light surface scratches. The two apertures at shade top (where fasteners attach it to lamp base) with minute edge nicks and abrasions that are obscured by the fastening hardware when the lamp is assembled. One aperture with a minute and tight hairline crack that extends from the opening approximately 1/4 inch that is also obscured when the lamp is assembled.
