This rare work was made directly for the present owner, who had a longstanding relationship with the designer. This piece demonstrates the incredible craftsmanship of Wendell Castle, and in person the subtle detailing within this work is extraordinary. With a few very shallow surface scratches. This piece has been sensitively maintained since its purchase and the present condition shows the high degree of care. The single drawer opens with ease.
