Condition

Overall in very good condition. The patination of the work is consistent throughout and shows very light rubbing. The brass base with some minor surface dirt and isolated discoloration, which is consistent with the natural aging process of the material. The heights of the chimes are slightly irregular, which is inherent in the making and not a result of the condition. Approximately two of the chimes with some slight bending, but as seen in the catalogue illustration, these are minor. This lot is also sold with a later wooden display riser, measuring approximately five inches in height.
