Overall in very good condition. The favrile glass shade is in good condition, with a few minor edge flecks to the top aperture rim, as well as remnants of old brown paper tape over much of the top aperture rim (presumably applied to protect the shade), none of which is visible when the shade is installed. The glass shade with a few small and minor air bubble inclusions inherent in the making, and with a few light surface scratches on the exterior. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base with some light surface scratches, minor abrasions to the outer perimeter edge of the cushion base, and rubbing to the patina consistent with age and use. With light surface soiling to the recessed contours of the base. With some traces of surface residue on the lower base standard, and remnants of an old adhesive label on the underbase. The underbase with a few small areas of patina loss. Appears to retain period socket and switch. When viewed with reflective light the damascene glass shade is a bright lime and kelly green with iridized feather decoration displaying strong luminous color, and the base displays a rich russet brown and green patina.
