Condition

There is a small internal fracture (approximately ¾ inches long) extending from the pontil on the underside of the base; otherwise the vase is in very good condition. With a few very small and minor air bubble inclusions scattered throughout which are inherent in the making. The bottom interior of the base with some minor surface soiling; otherwise the vase is very clean with no signs of calcifications as is commonly seen with the design. The underbase with a partial old paper label. The vase displays stronger color and iridescence than is visibly seen in the catalogue illustration, which is slightly under saturated and over lit resulting in reflective highlights.
