fitted with a brown gilt-tooled leather writing surface, the frieze fitted with three drawers.

Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor nicks, chips and dents to carcass and veneer consistent with age. The amaranth with color consistent with sun fading, beneath the bronze mounts shows its original red color. Tarnishing to gilt bronze with extensive scratches and wear to moulded bronze edge. The leather top with extensive scratches, dents and circular stains. Very good quality of casting.
