stamped ZJ and numbered 1689 in several places.

Condition

Overall in good condition. The bronze has been cleaned but we do not believe it has been re-gilded. There are some light hairline scratches to the table top as well as some patches of resin filler for cosmetic and strengthening restoration.

Zwiener Jansen Successeur was a department of the Maison Jansen production.  Jean-Henri Jansen bought the Zwiener archives and rights around 1895, renaming it Zwiener Jansen Successeur and marking the bronze mounts 'ZJ.'
