Condition

Overall in good condition. Please note, this piece is being sold with a copy of the monograph on Leza McVey. Yellow and Brown Vessel (center in the catalogue illustration): The body of the vessel in good condition with good coloration to the glaze. The stopper appears to have been professionally restored, as it appears the neck of the stopper was detached and repaired. With tape to the neck of the stopper, which appears original and used to make a tighter fit when placed on the base. One of the three pointed decorative elements with a subtle imperfection to its shape, which appears inherent in the making. Remnants of adhesive label to the underside of the vessel. Black Vessel (Left in the catalogue illustration)):Overall in very good condition. With some adhesive residue to the body of het vessel and the stopper, likely cause from tape securing the stopper. Each element with a raised circular decorative element inherent in the overall aesthetic scheme. Minor surface dirt. Brown Vessel (left in the catalogue illustration): Overall in very good condition. With some minor inconsistencies to the glazed surface which are inherent in the making and not an issue of condition. With minor fleck to the end of one of points to the stopper. With masking tape to the standard of the stopper, which once fitted into the base is obstructed.
