96 leaves, 295mm. by 215mm., wanting a gathering or so from end (and thus since at least the late nineteenth century), else complete, collation: i16, ii18, iii-v16, vi14, double column, 39-43 lines in brown ink in a gothic cursive hand, spaces left for initials, first and last leaves discoloured, corners of first quire bumped, else good condition, modern red leather over pasteboards
