STRUCTURE The sheet is sound and has been laid down. There are some minor frame abrasions about the edges, not visible in the current mount. There are three extremely small surface abrasions in the sky upper right, visible upon very close inspection. There is a futher small spot of staining just below this and a tiny speck of foxing in the central sky. There is some minor frame abrasion along the upper left edge but the work is in generally excellent condition with strong bright colours throughout. FRAME Held under glass in a gilt plaster frame with a gilt mount; unexamined out of frame.
