Condition
STRUCTURE
Both canvases are original. The painting of pigeons is undulating slightly across the surface.
There are one or two spots of very minor craquelure but generally both are in excellent condition. Clean and ready to hang.
ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
UV reveals an uneven varnish which makes the reading difficult to interpret. There are a very few number of small spots of old retouching to isolated areas on each of the works.
FRAME
Each are held in gilt plaster frames.
