vertical block of 8, the watermark is misplaced to the right with the complete 'POSTAGE' watermark in the left column, a few split perforations in the horizontal row of perforations between Rows 2 and 3, one stamp with a slight crease and two small gum marks, lightly mounted, full original gum. A VERY RARE BLOCK.
