IC/JD marginal block of 4 from the lower right corner of the sheet, JC the Broken frame plate variety, good colour, folded vertically through the perforations resulting in a few splitting, JC with a few light gum marks, some creasing, fresh, the stamps unmounted original gum. A VERY RARE POSITIONAL BLOCK WITH THE MAJOR PLATE VARIETY.
