block of 4, good colour, the first stamp with a small thin and the third with a reduced blue crayon mark, hinge remnants, fresh, part original gum. EXCEEDINGLY RARE. IT IS THOUGHT THAT THERE ARE ONLY THREE MINT BLOCKS IN PRIVATE OWNERSHIP.
