block of 4, good colour, there are small strips of paper affixed to the vertical edge of the right pair to enhance shorter perforations and seal a small tear on the lower right stamp, fresh, original gum, the left vertical pair unmounted. A VERY RARE MULTIPLE. THE FINEST APPEARING OF THE FOUR BLOCKS RECORDED.
