marginal block of 4 from the upper right corner of the sheet, Plate Number '1' in the right margin, Sheet Number '712' in the upper margin, Position 11-12/23-24, R1/12 Break in the scroll, R2/24 Broken crown and scroll, fresh, small areas of gum missing at the extreme edge of the margin, original gum, the stamps unmounted. A VERY RARE BLOCK.
