Photogravure frontispiece portrait of the author with facsimile sentiment and signature, title-page printed in red and black, plate by Felicien Rops in 3 states, extra suite of head- and tailpiece printed in red, decorative initials (one printed in red). Original wrappers bound in, full burnt orange morocco, title inlaid in blue morocco on front cover, spine lettered gilt, dark green and mauve floral brocade doublures, gilt dentelles, edges gilt. Marbled slipcase tipped in morocco.
