Catalogue Note
First edition with all points, one of the first 25 copies printed and issued in a trial binding, with blue rather than ochre lettering to cloth. The majority of this rare issue was sent to Australia or ended up on traveler's copies after it was believed the blue lettering showed insufficiently against the blue cloth background. A very fine copy.
