Half-title, limitation page on verso, 15 delicately engraved plates including the engraved frontispiece, all by Norman Lindsay, signed by the author on the colophon. Publishers art vellum, gilt-stamped phrase in Greek "Anathema te Saphoi" with a gilt-stamped pictorial medallion (reproducing the frontispiece), in a decorated paper box.
