8vo (9 x 6 in.; 230 x 152 mm).  Publisher's vellum-backed paper boards with vellum corners, gilt-titled black morocco spine label, original card slipcase with printed paper limitation label; unopened, new glassine, trace of rubbing to bottom of slipcase with one small spot of light staining at bottom of slipcase rear panel else an exemplary example, the fragile paper boards unworn and the vellum unfaded.
