4to (10 x 7 1/2 in.; 254 x 190 mm, uncut). Woodcut title vignette in red, woodcut illustrations cut and hand-colored by Eric Gill, signed by the printer and the artist on the limitation page. Publisher's cream cloth with gilt-stamped dove in the center of upper cover, original cream printed wrappers, preserved in a blue cloth wrapper.
