4to (11 1/8 x 8 3/8 in.; 282 x 212 mm). Half-title and title printed in red and black, wood-engraved illustrations by Gill, type specimen leaf signed numbered by Gill; light marginal browning. White quarter-cloth and black boards, gilt-stamped title on spine.
