Half-titles, 2 colored engraved frontispieces and 29 wood-engraved or aquatint plates including four maps; a few edge- and fold-tears in maps, some offset from aquatints. 19th-century calf, double-fillet borders, spines richly gilt with gilt-stamped morocco title labels, marbled edges, silk placeholders, dentelles in blind; upper joints cracking or rubbed.
