Folio (16 1/4 x 11 in.; 412 x 280 mm). Half-title, frontispiece and 43 hand-colored aquatint plates heightened with gum arabic; occasional light marginal spotting or soiling, light offset from six plates on neighboring text leaves. 19th-century red morocco, both covers with double-fillet and gilt roll-tooled clover border, frame of roll-tooled Greek keys, gilt-tooled banner frame with eight inlaid black morocco ovals, gilt-stamped central medallion; extremities rubbed, small (1/2 inch) tears at top and bottom of joints.
